The ABR Roadshow will be filming on location on May 27 to highlight the pub's "special place" in the Northeast Philadelphia community, according to showrunners.

Dagwood's, 4625 Linden Avenue, will show off their most popular dishes through an interview with owners Ed and Theresa Grzeskiewicz.

The pub's specialty is its seafood, though the menu also features pasta, burgers, appetizers and homemade soups and salads.

“We use the best ingredients,” including fresh oysters and clams delivered daily, Ed says. “We don’t try to knock people out with the prices, either.”

Other popular menu items include Mama G’s meatball appetizer – "still made by Mama G herself" – and the seasonally-available Jersey tomato sandwich – "the best in the world," Ed says.

Dagwood's Torresdale roots go back to 1986 when Ed's father "Big Ed" purchased the former biker bar and tacked on a 30-foot addition. The reopened for business in 1987 and have been serving the neighborhood ever since.

The episode will air on social media channels at a date to be announced.
